Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Le Negresco had its highs and lows. The iconic location and historic charm were captivating, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive (especially Thierry, Mary, and Madalina). However, the room quality and the chaos during breakfast left much to be desired.
I had a mixed experience at Hotel Le Negresco. While the location and the stunning art collection were impressive, my stay was marred by persistent issues like a cigarette smell infiltrating my room and unresponsive staff regarding my complaints. The ambiance and history of the hotel were captivating, but the lack of proper room maintenance and service left much to be desired.
My stay at Hotel Le Negresco was a good mix of luxury and charm. The staff truly made me feel special from the moment I arrived. the attention to detail was impressive. However, I did find that the beach access fee felt a bit excessive, and I experienced some noise from event rooms that disrupted my stay.
My stay at Hotel Le Negresco was a good experience overall, with the stunning art collection and really good service being highlights. However, I did encounter a few drawbacks, including challenges with beach towel reservations and some unexpected charges for beach amenities. Nevertheless, the hotel’s unique ambiance and luxurious offerings made it truly nice.
While my stay at Hotel Le Negresco had its charming moments, my overall experience was marred by significant issues. The amazing historical details and fantastic location along the Promenade des Anglais weren't enough to offset my discomfort from cigarette smoke infiltrating my room and the lack of proper response from the staff. Even though the beautiful sea views and luxurious decor were highlights, I found the service levels inconsistent and overall, I did not feel my high expectations were met.
